Horizon is one of our most popular knives, it is an approximately 5.5" petty chefs knife  that was originally designed for a chef friend who wanted something he could keep on the line with him during service, it has proven itself in that and many other kitchens profesional and home alike.  
Horizon is the street where the woodshop teacher at Malibu High lived, he taught multiple generations of young men that working with your hands can be rewarding, creative, and fun.  Iron Sand Malibu would not exist without the care and constructive guidence given by that wonderful man.
